Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, for a Full Charge Bookkeeper. This role involves maintaining QuickBooks, general ledger, reconciling general ledger accounts periodically, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data. You will also assist in the processing of payables and prepare internal financial reports for one or more companies.

Bookkeeper

• Regularly reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure timely financial data

• Assist in the processing of payables to manage financial transactions

• Prepare and review internal financial reports for multiple companies to ensure accuracy

• Perform accounting analysis of books and records to verify data accuracy

• Use Accounting Software Systems and Microsoft Excel to manage financial data and create reports

• Handle Accounting Functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Utilize QuickBooks for financial management

• Participate in special projects to assist other areas of the firm

Requirements

• Familiarity with Computerized Accounting System is necessary

• Must be adept at using Microsoft Excel

• Ability to handle all Accounting Functions is needed

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is important

• Ability to prepare and manage Annual Budget is crucial

• Experience in Cash Flow Analysis is necessary

• Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential
