Job Title: 1st Shift Electrical Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a 1st Shift Assembler to join our Military division. This role involves manufacturing, testing, and inspecting aluminum heat pipes. The position operates on a 1st shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 7am-4:30pm, with every other Friday off.

Responsibilities

  • Perform wiring for control boxes and low voltage transformers.

  • Work on wire routing, temperature sensors, and pinning/crimping connectors.

  • Solder copper pipes according to strict blueprints and work orders.

  • Conduct testing and inspections.

  • Utilize micrometers, calipers, and gauges during the inspection process.

  • Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices throughout the assembly process.

Essential Skills

  • Good cultural fit with strong soft skills.

  • Stable work tenure with minimal job hopping.

  • High level of attention to detail, especially with small parts assembly or machining.

Work Environment

You will be working in a manufacturing environment focused on thermal management products used in diverse industries. The company has a history of excellence, starting as an R&D company and evolving into a competent manufacturer. The work environment is casual with a dress code of jeans, t-shirts, and closed-toe shoes (sneakers are acceptable).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr.
