Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Billing and Customer Service Associate based in Lancaster, New York. This role is crucial within our team, primarily focusing on customer service and billing tasks. The successful candidate will be handling customer inquiries, processing credit applications, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications and maintain accurate records.

• Handle high volume of customer inquiries via phone.

• Work closely within a team to ensure timely and accurate communication both internally and with customers.

• Utilize technology such as Great Plains software or similar to expedite work.

• Show flexibility in scheduling, including rotating half-days on Saturdays during the season.

• Carry out general office duties which may include answering phone calls and emailing customers.

• Provide detailed and efficient responses to customer inquiries due to high call volume.

• Prioritize and multitask effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within given timelines.

• Utilize strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer credit records.

• Schedule appointments and manage customer invoices as part of daily tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Call Center Customer Service operations

• Ability to Schedule Appointments effectively

• Experience in handling Customer Invoices

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Familiarity with billing procedures and software

• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
