We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, dedicated individual who will lead and implement LCC's strategic pl Lamar Community College is seeking a Behavioral Health Grant Program Manager to facilitate program development and support for Colorado's statewide Behavioral Healthcare Workforce initiative (SB22-181). The purpose of the Behavioral Health Grant Manager is to lead, supervise Grant staff and collaborate with the faculty and adjunct instructors in the department as well as across departments to support the college vision, mission, and strategic plan. This position reports to the Vice President of Academic and Student Services. The successful candidate will be equity focused and have a strong demonstrated knowledge of student success, teaching learning, administration strategies, theories, and best practices.

Leadership, Program Management, and Support Lead course and program development as well as statewide curriculum changes. Collaborate closely with the Division Deans, faculty, staff, and instructors in the design and implementation of departmental plans that support the college mission, vison, strategic plan, and equity and inclusion go Exemplify and sustain a positive climate of collaboration and inclusiveness by cultivating partnerships with external and internal stakeholders. Foster a culture of academic excellence and culturally relevant pedagogy while also leading efforts oriented to closing the gap for historically underserved and excluded students. Mentor grant personnel, faculty, and instructors for professional growth by offering professional learning opportunities and facilitating the attendance of those provided by the college and professional organizations. Conduct regular program reviews according to CCCS system and college guidelines and utilize findings and data to improve programs and operations and increase student achievement. Coordinate departmental promotion with the college Marketing office, Orientation, and Advising. Facilitate resources for extracurricular events sponsored by the department and attend them. Monitor course enrollment and recommend open or close courses based on registration reports. Develop and oversee operating budgets. Assess program work processes and recommend improvements in keeping with related state policies that impact the program, Behavioral Health Administration practices, and basic state licensure requirements for LAC's, LCISW's, LMHC, and other licensed professionals. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: (preferred) Strong written and oral communication skills Demonstrated time management ability Demonstrated ability to plan and lead projects/events to successful completion Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams...) Licensure/Certification: LAC/ACD preferred; also allowed ACC, ACD, LPP, LPC, LPCC, MFT, LSW, CSW, PSY/PSYD, Behavioral Health Nurse, Psychiatric-mental health Nurse, Public Health Nurse or other related and current clinical licensu REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree 2 years work history- Behavioral Health or applicable field. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master's Degree Licensed in the State of Colorado as one of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Clinical or Counseling Psychologist At least 2-years of professional experience providing mental health counseling. Experience with solution-focused and brief models of mental health counseling. Experience working with neurodiverse populations (e.g. ADHD, autism spectrum, learning disabilities).
