Posting End Date: November 18, 2024 Employee Type: Regular-Full time Union/Non: This is a non-union position Enbridge Gas Ohio is hiring a Gas Pipeline Compliance Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing pipeline compliance/integrity management records, reports, inspections, plans, policies, procedures, and records management (including validation of engineering records), pertaining to State and Federal regulations, and in conjunction with gas transmission, distribution, and storage operations. Here's what you will do: Coordinate development and review of pipeline compliance/integrity management plans, policies, and procedures, including overall process for document review and documentation archival. Assist with records management in compiling engineering records documentation for natural gas transmission, distribution, storage, and processing facilities ensuring audit readiness. Coordinate State and Federal pipeline safety audits, including reviewing and presenting records to auditors. Monitor and coordinates creating, distributing, and notifying all jurisdictional pipeline compliance inspections to operations and supervision, ensuring compliance with time constraints outlined in 49 CFR Part 192. Monitor and coordinates preparing all required notifications and reports, as required by 49 CFR Parts 191/192. Who you are: You have: A Master's degree and 2 years of directly related experience OR a Bachelor's and 3 years of directly related experience OR an Associate's and 5 years of directly related experience OR a High School diploma/GED and 7 years of directly related experience. Directly related experience includes integrity management, pipeline safety/compliance, pipeline operations, or related field. General knowledge and understanding of standard operating procedures, State and Federal codes, and pipeline industry terminology. General knowledge of, and ability to use, a personal computer and related software. General knowledge of pipeline facility designs. General understanding and working knowledge or engineering project documentation and workflow process and to understand engineering designs and drawings, and to interpret their meaning. Interpersonal relationship skills with internal and external customers and ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing. You can: Problem solve and analyze data as it related to pipeline compliance, compose reports, letters, and documentation for internal and external customers using proficient formal writing skills. Prioritize assignments and to work with large volume of documentation. Be on call occasionally to respond to pipeline emergencies, collect data, and interface with regulatory agencies. Working Conditions: Domestic Travel Up to 25%. Outdoors 26-50%. Office Work Environment 51-75%.
