Our client manufactures and distributes quality consumer appliances for several industry recognized brands. Schedule: 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday
Pay: $20/hr.

Administrative Assistant responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Controller
  • Ensuring accounting department runs efficiently
  • Help process documents and manage accounts
  • Accurately maintaining records
  • Support vendor relations
  • Reconcile accounting statements
  • Basic entries in QB
  • Review and respond to incoming emails and calls
  • Other general administrative duties as required
Qualifications: Must have 1-2 years of experience and prior administrative assistant experience. Additional requirements include basic knowledge of bookkeeping procedures, experience with accounting software (QuickBooks) is beneficial, strong organizational, time management skills, and attention to detail.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
