The Principal HRMS Administrator that supports our Corporate business oversees managing the entire suite of HR tools and platforms. The Principal HRMS Administrator provides subject matter expertise as an experienced specialist and professional in the oversight and maintenance for optimal function of the HRMS suite, which may include installation, customization, consolidation, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules. Provides technical support, troubleshooting, reporting, and guidance to HRMS suite users. Responsibilities will revolve around ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes, data accuracy, and system functionality. The Principal HRMS Administrator manages the global HRMS suite and its applications, systems, modules, and HR platforms for global optimization of the organization, ensuring their cohesive and smooth operation. The Principal HRMS Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring global optimal function of the HRMS suite while maintaining organizational efficiency, data security and privacy, and compliance internationally. This role is responsible for the oversight of the entire HRMS suite. This role requires scrum project management competencies. The Principal HRMS Administrator role reports to the role of Senior Manager, Compensation and Bene Key Job Responsibilities: Human Resources Management Systems Administration & Reporting (HRMS) role is a specialist level which work focuses on configure and customize, security management, system upgrades, vendor selection, maintaining, and generating reports for the HR management systems globally including: Processing employee information and maintaining employee records in the HRMS suite. Preparing statistical summaries and special reports from HRMS suite involving skills, pay grade, performance data, payroll information, and other employee records. Ensuring the accuracy of HR information entered into the system and testing new features of the system as they are implemented to verify accuracy of HR procedures. Below are the global essential responsibilities. These responsibilities are performed with the guidance and strategic leadership of the Senior Manager, Compensation and Benefits role: HRMS Management: Installation, Customization, and Maintenance: Responsible for installing, customizing, developing, maintaining, and upgrading HRMS applications, systems, and modules. Technical Support: Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRMS users. Other duties as assigned. System Administration: Configure and Customize: Configuring and customizing the HRMS software to meet the organization's specific needs. This includes setting up user roles, permissions, workflows, and data fields. Security Management: Ensure data security by managing user access, permissions, and authentication protocols. System Upgrades and Maintenance: Stay up to date with system upgrades, patches, and enhancements. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless system performance. Other duties as assigned. Collaboration and Enhancement: Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with HR managers and other stakeholders to determine HRMS needs. System Improvements: Identify system improvements and enhancements, recommend solutions, and implement changes. User Access Management: Manage permissions, access, personalization, and system settings for HRMS users. Other duties as assigned. Data Management and Reporting: Data Handling: Process employee data related to leaves, benefits, and other HR-related information. Data Entry and Maintenance: Accurately input and maintain employee data, including perso al information, employment history, benefits, and payroll detai Data Integrity: Regularly audit and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and analyze HR metrics using the HRMS. Provide insights to HR leadership for decision-making. Generate regular and ad hoc reports from internal databases (e.g., headcount, turnover reports). Custom Functions: Program custom functions such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports. Other duties as assigned. Process Optimization: Streamline Workflows: Collaborate with HR teams to optimize HR processes within the system. Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions. Automation: Leverage automation features to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency. Compliance: Ensure HRMS processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Other duties as assigned. Project Leadership: HRMS Design and Implementation: Function as the lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders during HRMS design and implementation projects. Data Security and Privacy: Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements. Project management principles is essential.
