Position Overview:
We are actively searching for a full-time experienced Information Technology (IT) Specialist to join our growing team in Lakewood, Colorado. The ideal candidate will be responsible to research, analyze, recommend, procure, implement and maintain computer network systems, hardware and software according to Corporate guidelines and ensure maximum efficiency and uptime for the business and implement technological strategic solutions. The IT Specialist will serve as a main point of contact on all IT related matters for the Company.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000.

The IT Specialist will possess:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field OR equivalent combination experience and training.
Minimum three (3) years’ experience with working knowledge of technology infrastructure and servers in an enterprise network.
Working knowledge of large desktop/laptop deployments including design, engineering and support of the desktop, desktop applications, desktop images, encryption, endpoint security and the associated systems of application delivery and group policies.
Superior oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments.
Strong attention to detail.
Proactive work ethic, personal integrity, emotional intelligence, professionalism, and accountability.
Adapts well to, initiates, and supports change in the organization.
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :

Responsible for day-to-day IT operations:
Implement and manage network security as established by EMCOR policy
Monitor and administer the Company’s LAN and WAN
Effectively communicate relevant IT systems information to the CEO and the Executive Team in a timely fashion
Work closely with the Executive Team to plan the yearly budget and projects based on Company goals for the year
Determine the schedule of IT projects throughout the year
Work closely with Operations Manager to champion Information Technology within the company
Attend regular conference calls with EMCOR IT staff to keep them informed of Company activities
Responsible for the IT Infrastructure and Operations:
Manage the process of changes effectively while remaining on the forefront of emerging industry practice and products
Plan for future network needs and identify solutions to satisfy needs
Oversee and plan the management of the company communication system (telephone, voice-mail, email)
Prepare 1, 3 and 5 year technology plans for the site in conjunction with Dynalectric and EMCOR and strategic plans
Maintain an IT asset management program
Oversee and manage system troubleshooting, backups, archiving and disaster recovery and provide or procure necessary support
Maintain and test Business Continuity Plan in accordance with EMCOR IT Policies and implement necessary changes as identified
Ensure Compliance with EMCOR Records Retention Policies
Establish and maintain relationships with IT vendors
Negotiate contracts with IT vendors in coordination with EMCOR and Dynalectric CEO, and Executive Team
Manage sensitive information to the highest level of confidentiality according to EMCOR IT and PSIP Policies
Monitor compliance with established Dynalectric Colorado and EMCOR policies and procedures and implement necessary changes as identified

Windows Server 2012/16 & Beyond
Windows 10 Experience
SCCM Admin and Imaging Experience
VMware vSphere & vCenter
Active Directory Domain & Group Policy Administration
Citrix Server Administration
Document Imaging Systems
MS Office 365 Administration
ERP Support & Administration
VMware vSphere & vCenter - support and administration of VM Hosts and VM Servers
Backup Software - Rapid Recovery Administration
Intune MDM
iPhone, iPad, and Android support
Dell Hardware Updating & Servicing
Dell Rapid Recovery
Cisco and NEC VoIP experience a plus
Cherwell or other HelpDesk ticketing software experience
Access Control and Burglar Systems – ADT or other
Video Security Administration

Compensation Range: $60,000 - $80,000 (Based on Experience)
