The Customer Operations Analyst is responsible for the initial profitability analysis, implementation, and administration of contracts supporting UCAN Technical Services in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, quality requirements, and customer specifications.

The selected candidate will have a crucial role in implementing service contract strategies and tactics. They should possess a strong grasp of contract review and implementation, and the ability to think critically. They will collaborate with Service leaders and Legal teams to analyze and finalize customer service contracts, administer the contract, and support partner relationships through business reviews with service partners.

What You'll Be Doing:

Contract Implementation Provide profitability analysis Examine contract documents to ensure accuracy and completeness. Answer contractual related questions. Assist with various contract compliance initiatives.

Contract Administration Maintain contractual information including negotiation status and agreed upon terms and conditions in appropriate database. Oversee administration of contractual information including generation of reports for tracking and communicating contract requirements. Assist with drafting agreements and other legal documents to ensure internal requirements are met. Maintain communication to ensure timely execution by the parties. Administer pricing changes.

Process Improvements and Automation Improve efficiencies for contract renewals, field service engineers incentive program, spare part inventory, and rental programs.

Technical Service and Support Monitor and communicate performance indicators and trends. Recommend opportunities for driving throughput and financial efficiencies while meeting quality requirements. Monitor and perform spot checks on FSR's service reports for compliance. Generate monthly or quarterly service reports summary or critical metric depending on customers' requirement. Ship parts and/or supplies to Field Service representatives and/or patients, when required. Attend Monthly Educators Meeting(s), when required.

What You'll Bring Bachelor's Degree Required Must have 3+ years of business operations experience Medical device experience required Must have 3+ years of experience in MS-Office Excel Must have experience working with multi-functional teams Must have logistics experience Experience in inventory management preferred Knowledge and understanding of standard methodologies and processes, with a focus on medic l industry experience.

At Baxter, we value fair compensation and transparency. The base salary range for this position is $80,000-105,000. The actual salary may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, time in role, and location. We also offer dental and medical insurance, paid time off, and parental leave. #li-bg1
