A Day in the Life as a Business Development Representative:
Support Credit Union of Denver (CUD) corporate goals by encouraging growth through community events, relationship building with existing relationships, Chamber of Commerce members, networking groups and other community channels. Participate in creating and executing campaigns and community events. Grow membership to attain opportunities for account and loan growth. Maintain membership through supportive measures in conjunction with the Marketing Department team.
What you will do:
Networking: Attend networking and community events to enhance brand awareness and generate leads for marketing department to help increase membership base. Community Outreach: Cultivate relationships with community/business partners and provide informative and educational seminars around financial well-being. Member Engagement: Connect with current and potential future members through direct outreach and marketing campaigns. What we are looking for:
Equivalent to a two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study preferred.
One to three years of networking and business development preferred. Familiarity with credit union operations is desired. Previous experience in sales, marketing is applicable as well.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday: 8 AM- 5 PM
This role requires occasional evening availability for networking events, along with periodic weekend availability based on business needs. Flexible scheduling is offered, and any hours worked beyond the standard schedule are eligible for overtime.
Salary Range:
21.10-23.44 per hour
