Responsibilities

We are seeking a CEO for our Lakeway hospital location in Austin, TX. This is an excellent opportunity to provide hand on hospital operations management with a focus on business development, physician relations, quality services and fiscal accountability. Successful candidates will have an MHA, MBA or equivalent degree and experience in leading acute care or rehab hospital operations. This exciting position offers excellent potential for career growth in a dynamic, nationally recognized healthcare organization.

Qualified candidates will have at least five years of experience in hospital operations, contact negotiations, revenue enhancement and expense control. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to authentic leadership, outstanding customer service and continuing program development in a highly competitive healthcare market.

Qualifications

1. Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business or related discipline required.

2. Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare industry with at least three years of administrative and management position with proven outcomes required.

3. Prior acute inpatient rehabilitation experience is preferred.
