Location Description Post Consumer Brands corporate headquarters in Lakeville, Minn. is about 20 miles south of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Lakeville has all the benefits of smaller town living with access to everything a large metropolitan area has to offer. Join more than 400 team members collaborating on the two-building campus to help put breakfast on the tables of millions of consumers in North America. Responsibilities Post Consumer Brands is seeking three new Media Managers to help build and execute data driven digital marketing programs to support pure play ecommerce customers. Planning, measuring and optimizing digital media programs is a key part of this role, and ecommerce experience is key to being successful in this role. Proven ability to drive results. Being comfortable with data and ambiguity will be important as you are helping shape a new capability. We are looking to fill the following roles: Media Manager, Walmart & Sam's Club - Role can be based in either Lakeville, MN or Bentonville, AR Media Manager, Strategic Accounts - Role based in Lakeville / Hybrid Office environment Media Manager, Pure Play / Marketplace - Role based in Lakeville / Hybrid Office environment Responsibilities and Accountabilities Media Planning Digital media campaign planning, activation, and optimization across retail media tactics Plan retail media budgets across wide variety of channels for key customers including Walmart, Amazon, Target, Chewy and/or Kroger Lead retail media capabilities evaluations and provide recommendations for future spend Media Measurement Outline measurement goals for media spend across subset of retail partners Translate data into actionable insights, identifying opportunities and risks Assess media performance on key e-commerce metrics (ROAS, iROAS, influenced sales) and communicate impact of programs to the broader organization Continuously monitor and analyze programs, improving upon the understanding of our audience and identifying opportunities to increase impact Creative Strategy Creative approach and execution for paid media across multiple e-commerce channels Own full creative process flow for retail media: initial requests, feedback, internal & external reviews, deployment Lead process for creative optimizations & testing strategies, including A/B testing at key customers Strategic Collaboration Work with cross-functional teams including Brand, Sales, & MarComm Combine brand insights with sales priorities & deploy into digital media investments Partner closely with agency to define and deliver on campaign KPIs, closely monitoring programs Educate partners on the changing landscape of digital & retail media Leadership Direct and delegate fundamental responsibilities to individuals new in their career Coach and develop associate media managers Qualifications Education BA required. Marketing, Communications, or Journalism preferred. Experience 5-7 years marketing, media planning, and/or strategy experience Ecommerce experience required Digital experience on agency or client side required Great attitude: realize that the energy and attitude they bring, impacts not only their performance but the performance of those around them Transparency: are direct, factual, and straight-forward Flexibility: ask questions for greater insight, and make recommendations relative to alternatives, options or other solutions Critical thinker with strong, proven analytical skills Detail oriented with excellent organization skills Experience in multiple digital media channels, search, programmatic and social experience preferred The ability to successfully partner with multiple stakeholders and thrive in a fluid environment while managing multiple priorities Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills
