Responsibilities Post Consumer Brands is seeking a highly driven Omnichannel Manager – Strategic Accounts to drive ecommerce sales for both our grocery and pet businesses. You will develop a growth plan, forecast and work with the Marketing and Sales teams to execute on key initiatives. The proper candidate must be able to provide channel level thought leadership and collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to drive success. Demonstrated understanding and experience with ecommerce or CPG retail sales and a strong analytics background is required to be successful in this position. The successful candidate will possess a proven background of growing consumer products within omni-commerce retailers. The candidate must be analytical to report on business performance and create actionable insights. The expectation is that the candidate will work in strong collaboration with the ecommerce, retail media, analytics, and content teams to deliver on corporate objectives. Working Location: Hybrid The Omnichannel Manager – Strategic Accounts will be based in PCB’s headquarters location in Lakeville, MN (hybrid work schedule) or PCB’s Cincinnati, OH office (hybrid work schedule) and will report to the Omnichannel Sr. Manager, based in the Cincinnati, OH office. Typical hybrid schedule includes 3 days in-office with remote flexibility up to 2 days a week. #LI-hybrid Responsibilities and Accountabilities · Build and drive strategic retailers’ ecommerce Plan: Develop strategies to achieve sales and profit goals, collaborating with Retailers’ sales and merchant teams, and partner with the broader Commerce Marketing team on key needs. · Build ecomm sales forecast for Strategic Retailers and manage to sales plan throughout the year. Flag any forecast misses with the cross-functional team and leadership and be able to identify reasons for misses and adjust future forecast as needed. · Manage and drive content score improvements of Strategic Retailers’ digital shelves working back with internal content team for content needs and updates. · Ensure new products launch on time with accurate content and are eligible for Online sales. · Share out ecommerce performance and high-level media support plans in meetings with the Strategic Retailers’ In-Store/Online Buyers and other key retailer contacts. · Drive Monthly Business Review process for Strategic Retailers’ ecommerce business, connecting the right stakeholders and bringing content that helps drive the discussion. · Lead ecommerce content for line reviews, quarterly business reviews and other key internal and customer meetings · Integrate with the Post Consumer Brands sales team to embed ecommerce and/or omni-channel activations into overall business plan and deliver a true omni-channel strategy to the buyers. · Partners with the Commerce media team by providing clear business objectives and priorities, aligning on media impact to forecast and communicating strategy shifts throughout the year. · Develops reports to analyze marketing and sales performance, providing executive summaries, recommends sales KPIs and creates actionable insights. · Performs competitive product analysis, identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising. · Stays on top of marketplace patterns, trends, and tools and champions a strategic retailer growth strategy for the organization accordingly. · Regularly meets with and reports to senior leadership and cross functional teams. Communicates complex emerging retail dynamics to leadership to gain buy-in. · Collaborates and supports internal Sales Team with Joint Business Plan Negotiations. Qualifications Education · Bachelor’s Degree preferred in business, marketing or related field Experience & Requirements · 5+ years experience selling and/or marketing with retailers, preferably within ecommerce platforms · Tactical knowledge of working with leading Grocery and Pet retailers. · Ability to build or strong ability to learn to build sales forecast and manage to sales plan throughout the year. · Strong analytical experience, with the ability to turn data into insights and actions · Budget management experience · Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams and an understanding of how to efficiently take products to market leveraging omni-channel tools. · Experience with retailer data tools and syndicated data tools, ie Kiosk, IRI, Nielsen, etc. · Significant analytical and critical thinking skills with experience analyzing data & translating it into insights and action. · Experience and ability to present a story to a Retailer merchant/buyer/category manager and build rapport with them, ultimately selling in insights-based opportunities and solutions to grow our brands and the category · Ability to maintain excellence and be highly effective working with a hybrid team. · Highly collaborative and capable of receiving direction from peers and leaders across functions. · Ability to work with ambiguity, navigate and add value to business situations and organizational challenges with no existing process or solution. · Excellent organizational skills and the ability to discern priorities without supervision. · Strong attention to detail balanced with a sense of urgency and a commitment to excellence. · Understanding of retail media preferred
