Job Description

We are currently seeking skilled panel assemblers to join our team. The primary role involves wiring up high-performance industrial ovens and other thermal products. This position is predominantly seated, where you will perform point-to-point wiring of controls, relays, and fans. All equipment is new, ensuring no live wiring is involved. Candidates will work from wire diagrams and must have an understanding of how to read them.

Responsibilities

• Perform point-to-point wiring of controls, relays, and fans.

• Work from wire diagrams to assemble panels.

• Ensure all wiring tasks are completed from a seated position.

• Collaborate with team members and seek assistance when needed.

Essential Skills

• 3+ months of on-the-job wiring or electrical assembly experience or equivalent education.

• 3+ months of experience reading schematics, with ladder logic being preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret wire diagrams.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ownership of a basic set of tools including wire cutters, wire strippers, and a set of screwdrivers.
