As a Project Manager in electrical construction, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your role will involve managing change orders, interpreting blueprints, securing necessary permits, and leading a diverse project team. You will also ensure that all work adheres to the highest standards of quality and safety while maintaining open communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Oversee all phases of electrical construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Change Order Management: Identify, document, and manage change orders, ensuring that all modifications are properly accounted for and approved before implementation.

• Blueprint Interpretation: Review and interpret electrical blueprints, ensuring that all work aligns with project specifications and industry standards.

• Permitting: Lead the permitting process, working closely with local authorities to secure all necessary approvals and ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.

• Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including electricians, service technicians, and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

• Field Troubleshooting: Work closely with service technicians to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues that arise during construction, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly.

• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or requests.
