Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

OVERVIEW: This individual will operate laser equipment and card molding/punching equipment. All machines are proprietary and built specifically for the product line, making them very specialized. While prior experience with these machines is not expected, candidates must have transferable skills and be able to follow detailed verbal and written instructions. Mechanically inclined candidates who are proficient with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gages are preferred.

JOB DUTIES: - Responsible for quality control points, taking simple measurements using calipers, micrometers, etc. - Inspect and spot-check everything to ensure there are no air or fluid leaks in any lines, prime machines, perform PMs, and lubricate machines. - Engage in a significant amount of process troubleshooting and improvement. - Work through process problems of making cards, dealing with electronic issues of embedding technology in the cards, and addressing injection molding issues.

HOURS: 8am-5pm M-F. Flexibility to work later some days may be required. Occasional Saturday work may be needed, though this is very rare.

Work Environment

Indoor, air-conditioned shop environment with badge access throughout the building. Smaller family feel environment with a total of 8 employees. The facility is very clean and organized.
