Crowne Plaza Hotel and Resort PM Food and Beverage Supervisor in Lake Placid, New York

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and quality food. Responsibilities: - Supervise and train food and beverage staff, ensuring that they provide excellent customer service to our guests - Manage inventory and ordering of food and beverage supplies - Ensure that all food and beverage areas are clean and well-maintained - Develop and implement new menus and promotions to increase revenue - Monitor and maintain food and beverage budgets - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements - Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or similar role - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and management - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
