What You’ll Be Doing:

• System Maintenance: Keep HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems running smoothly through routine inspections, cleaning, calibrations, and repairs.

• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Analyze and resolve mechanical and electrical malfunctions to minimize downtime.

• Tool & Inventory Management: Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring availability and compliance with safety standards.

• Vendor Oversight: Monitor and evaluate work performed by contractors, ensuring top-notch quality and cost-effectiveness.

• Safety First: Recognize and address safety hazards while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

• Documentation: Record readings, inspections, and maintenance activities accurately, making necessary adjustments to improve system performance.

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Haves:

• Commercial or Industrial Experience: A strong background in maintaining and repairing systems for large-scale facilities is required. (Not mostly residential experience, please.)

• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and central utility plant systems.

• Certifications: EPA 608 Type II Certification.

• Experience: At least 10 years of hands-on experience in commercial or industrial building maintenance.

• Technical Proficiency: Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and use software like Microsoft Word and Excel.

Preferred:

• Additional Certification: EPA 608 Universal Certification.

• Trade Education: Two years of schooling in electrical systems, refrigeration, or HVAC.

Pay Details: $44.05 per hour
