We are seeking a Senior Estimator to join our team and play a pivotal role in providing accurate, competitive cost estimates for a variety of commercial construction ventures. Responsibilities

• Estimate Preparation: Develop accurate cost estimates for construction projects based on project scope and specifications.

• Bid Management: Prepare and submit bids in a timely manner, ensuring they are competitive and comprehensive.

• Subcontractor & Vendor Coordination: Solicit, review, and evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate pricing with vendors.

• Cost Tracking & Updates: Maintain current data on material and labor costs, adjusting estimates as needed.

• Proposal Development: Assist in creating proposal documents, including the scope of work and budget breakdowns.

• Site Visits & Assessments: Conduct site visits to assess conditions that could impact costs.

• Client Relations: Liaise with clients to clarify project requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with expectations.

• Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies within the estimate.

• Collaboration with Project Teams: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure accuracy in cost estimates.

• Budget Analysis: Review past project performance and lessons learned to future estimates.

• Document Review: Analyze contracts, specifications, and plans to ensure that all necessary information is included in the estimate.

• Continuous Improvement: Keep updated with industry trends, pricing changes, and new estimation techniques.
