Sr Manager Pricing Services

This position is responsible for leading the Pricing Services team within the Contract Administration team. Responsibilities include managing a team of pricing and membership administrators and analysts, ensuring pricing research and corrective transactions are entered into the system in a timely manner. Additionally, identifying and developing needed process improvements to ensure complete and accurate information is entered to the system, this position is responsible to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders in Sales, Credit, Chargebacks and Contract Admin teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage team of Sr Analysts that manage requests from internal teams for Credit and Rebills

  • Creation of a Credit and Rebill Intake Process including a feedback loop

  • Perform chargeback denial research with chargebacks team

  • Perform pricing research on customer inquires to determine root cause

  • Ensure Historical and Current contract pricing, contract agreements and WAC are accurate

  • Identify additional customers impacted by the pricing discrepancies

  • Communicate the findings to Sales for approval

  • Create and enter the applicable Credit Memo and Debit Memo Requests

  • Perform the release of the Billing Blocks

  • Provide timely updates to the Sales team regarding inquires and resolution

  • Establish Customer On-Boarding contract attachment rules and associated audit basis

  • Utilize Alteryx to perform continuous customer contract attachment audits

  • Establish of KPIs to measure accuracy and efficiency of intake inquires resolution Collaborate with SAP and technology teams to build and improve system processes and workflows

  • Ensure compliance with SOX and Company internal controls. Review and, as needed, suggest updates to internal controls narrative

  • Provide ongoing team and individual coaching, training, and guidance to ensure employee career growth

  • Act as change advocate for the team by developing and implementing project initiatives that will allow us to meet customer and business goals while maintaining high employee satisfaction

  • Responsible for audits initiated by internal and external audit teams

  • Special reporting/projects as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent experience. 8 years progressively responsible professional experience, with at least 4 years supervisory experience

  • Business to business experience in distribution preferred

Critical Skills:

  • Demonstrated leadership skills

  • Performance management experience

  • Prior experience building relationships with internal customers

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups

  • Strong data analytics and problem solving skills

  • Previous contract pricing and membership experience preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft products; Intermediate MS Excel and PowerPoint

  • SAP required
