TEKsystems Customer Service Rep $25 Hr in Lake Mary, Florida

Customer Service Representative

Location: Lake Mary, FL | Pittsburgh, PA | Wilmington, DE (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Pay Rate: $25/hr

Shift: Must be available one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) + four weekdays | Shifts: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Contract Length: 6 months | Contract-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service support via phone, handling inquiries and account transactions.

  • Maintain accurate records by entering data into a computerized database.

  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while adhering to compliance and ethical standards.

  • Navigate multiple systems (dual monitors, phone systems, software) to provide solutions.

  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) including call handle time, attendance adherence, and time management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ year of customer service experience in a call center environment.

  • Must have great job tenure

  • Ability to multitask, navigate multiple screens, and utilize phone software effectively.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a high-pressure, high-volume setting.

  • Experience in banking call centers is a plus.

  • Must pass a background check and drug test.

Work Environment

  • Hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).

  • Must have a quiet work environment and reliable internet at home.

  • Training: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
