REHAB CARE COORDINATOR (RCC) - Physical Therapy

Salary $18.00 - $25.92 per hour

As the primary point of contact, the RCC performs admitting function for outpatients, including posting charges, collecting co-pays, managing medical record functions and scheduling appointments. Responsible for provision and administration of specific physical therapy treatments to patients only under direct supervision of the Physical Therapist.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school graduate or equivalent, with one (1) year healthcare field (i.e. rehab aide, CNA, medical assistant) experience preferred.
• Must successfully complete Competency Evaluation and Strength Assessment.
• Must have excellent customer service skills and ability to effectively and tactfully communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Good computer skills required.
• BLS certification required within 90-days of hire. *Multiple positions open.
