Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with collision center OEM guidelines.

• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment

• Communicate directly with the Collision center Managerso that customers can be informed on the status of their repairs. Providing an estimate of time needed forrepairs.

• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
