Job Title: Firepit Attendant /Maintenance Utility

General Responsibilities:

The Firepit Attendant /Maintenance Utility is responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere around the hotel's firepit area. This role includes setting up, maintaining, and extinguishing fires, ensuring guest safety, and providing excellent customer service. T

General Job Duties will include:

Fire Maintenance: Light and maintain the firepit according to safety standards. Ensure the fire is safely extinguished at the end of the evening

Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, seat guests at preselected seating arrangement, and provide information about firepit services and events.

Cleanliness: Keep the firepit area clean and tidy, including removing debris and ensuring proper storage of firewood and equipment.

Other Maintenance duties: Carpet cleaning and other property hotel maintenance and upkeep.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of fire safety.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry firewood, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Position Requirements

All team members will present a positive image of the property to guests and must be professional, friendly, honest and helpful. Attention to detail a must. Ability to work independently. Able to lift 50 lbs.
