QPS Employment Group is hiring a Grinder for a company in Lake Geneva, WI. This is a contract to hire role.

Grinder Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\ - Operate, set up, and maintain all grinding machines\ - Operate multiple grinders and shot peener at the same time\ - Perform safe usage, handling and inspection of abrasive wheels and guarding requirements and work -safely around grinders and related work area\ - Properly dress grind wheels and identify when wheels need to be replaced; when the wheels need to be replaced, notify team leader/supervisor\ - Perform all required in-process checks and data collection inputs\ - Complete necessary paperwork and travel documentation\ - Maintain a clean and organized work area

Grinder Requirements:\ - Prolonged periods of sitting or standing\ - Regularly stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.\ - Must be able to lift to 50lbs at times\ - Must be able to read and follow written work instructions and customer blueprints\ - Ability to use and understand electronic tablets for production data input, inspection measuring and test equipment\ - Basic mechanical aptitude and tool knowledge
