Position : Technical Support Engineering Intern

Employment type: Full-time Intern (Summer)

Duration: Minimum 12 Weeks

  • May 19th through August 8th

  • June 23rd through September 12th

Work Type : Hybrid (3 days a week in office)  

Work Authorization : This application is intended for candidates that are eligible for full-time work authorization in the United States upon completing their education.

Locations:

  • Lake Forest, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Grow your technical skill-set by developing a solid foundation in AVEVA’s software and industry technologies.

  • Develop your business acumen by communicating with our customers to understand how they utilize our software to solve their business challenges, and by collaborating with different AVEVA departments to deliver and improve our customers’ experience with our company and products.

  • Team with Technical Support Engineers to enable our customers’ success to manage their operations by supporting them through phone, email, or web channels to best serve their environment while performing a variety of complex technical challenges.

  • Learn infrastructural tasks such as creating virtual machines for testing

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Chemical Engineering Majors

  • Self-motivated individuals with a customer mindset and desire to help people

  • Enthusiasm for technical problem solving, with attention to detail and strong communication skills

  • Ability to learn and research in a dynamic and engaging environment

  • Additional language skills a plus, specifically Spanish, Portuguese or French.

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree

  • Undergraduate GPA 3.00 or above

  • 0-3 years of work experience

  • Must be graduating in Dec 2025, or Jan, May, June 2026

Salary Range:

$36,000.00 - $110,000.00

This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.
