Note: The pay rate for this job is $23 - $32 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Apprentice, Journey Level Painters and Painter Helpers.

• Removing old paint, filling holes, washing walls

• Using sandpaper, wire brushes, and abrasive blasting to prepare surfaces

• Sealing cracks and corners where building materials meet

• Applying various finishes to equipment, buildings, bridges, or other structures

• Applying primers or sealers to prepare new surfaces, such as bare wood or metal, for finish coats

• Mixing colors or oils to obtain desired color or consistency

 Qualifications:

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

• Prior experience in carpentry with minimum 3 years of experience

• Self-sufficient and fully tooled in the trade

• E-Verify - Eligible to work in the USA

• Verifiable work history that confirms your experience in the trade
