We are currently looking to add a Welder on 1st shift. We offer starting pay up to$28 per hour and a $1000 Retention Bonus.Responsibilities:Set up and operate welding equipment to weld and assemble truck bodies, hoists and fabricated parts (may include robotic welder).Maintain a clean work environment.Assist with continuous process improvement and lean initiatives by following process flow and remaining flexible to complete tasks as part of the team.Skills/Qualifications:Able to perform basic math to determine ability to measure, assemble and problem-solve.Able to demonstrate welding abi8lity and pass welding certifications.Able to manually move product and materials up to 50 pounds through regular heavy physical exertion, including but not limited to climbing, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and bending.Able to stand and work in various positions for several hours at a time.
