Job Title: Prep Laborer

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and disassembling vehicles for painting, sanding, and scuffing vehicles. The role also includes daily preventative maintenance on painting equipment and operating the spray gun that sprays in bed liners. The candidate will be required to follow work orders throughout the day. Some duties will be outside to test the equipment. The role also requires interaction with customers in a showroom environment.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Lake Crystal, Minnesota.

Work Environment

The work environment is a large job shop with multiple buildings/garages, similar to a truck dealership. The team will be painting, fabricating, installing, welding and working together in a fast-paced environment. The company supplies uniforms. The work includes dealing with big municipal trucks, dump trucks, and large semi-trucks.
