JOB SUMMARY:

This position performs team member support and is an excellent fit for critical thinkers. If you enjoy working with others, reviewing information and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:

  • Completing Quality Assurance tasks and reviews

  • Providing guidance and feedback to team members

  • Assisting with Collaborative Monitoring

  • Completing special projects and case reviews

  • Initiating and responding to requests

  • Researching and resolving case issues

  • Gathering information and analyzing data

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Two years of experience with a Child Support Program.

  • One year of experience performing quality reviews to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

  • One year of experience coaching, mentoring, or instructing others.

  • Two years of experience conducting research and analyzing information to make decisions.*

  • Two years of experience in effective communication through a variety of methods (report writing, public speaking, presentations) to a diverse internal and external audience.*

    SUBSTITUTIONS:

  • *A college education from an accredited institution can substitute at the rate of 30 semester or 45 quarter hours for each year of the required experience

    PREFERENCES:

  • Preference given to candidates with prior experience in the Administrative Process.

    SPECIAL NOTES:

  • This position is housed in the Lake City Service Center.

  • This role is eligible for telework after you complete required training and reach an acceptable level of proficiency.

  • All experience, including examples of implementation, must be documented in detail on the candidate profile/resume.

  • Gaps of employment of 6 months or more must be addressed on the application and each field (address, city, and state, dates, phone numbers, etc.) must be completed. Periods of employment should be entered with the most recent/current listed first.

  • This position has a standard workday of 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday.

  • This position may require you to work outside your regular work schedule, should there be a business need to do so.

    SALARY: $40,517.26 - $54,015.12 annually.
