Senior Project Accountant: Accurate record keeping; accounts payable/receivable management, posting of acc entries, month end journals for prepayments & accruals, fixed assets registery, asset amortization schedules, treatment of asset sale/disposals. Payroll processing. Filing of payroll taxes, fringes, deductions: weekly Fed & State withholding, contributions. Wage statements. Filing workers compensation. Prep W2s, W3s, 1096s and 1099s. Reconciliations. Project projections. Budgeting and Forecasting. Bachelors in finance or accounting. 2 yrs exp as accountant or finance manager. \$73,299 per yr.
