Manage and supervise the Housekeeping Department ensuring a commitment to cleanliness throughout our units, quality guest services and maintain inventory while working within our budget. Complete daily inspections of units, offices and public areas ensuring quality guest service standards and maintaining a safe environment for guest and employees. Supervise, complete payroll, direct, train, assign and schedule all housekeeping hosts. Handles guest issues and concerns to ensure resolution to the satisfaction of the guest and the Company. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required. Two years housekeeping supervisory experience, hotel managerial experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience preferred. Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing to employees, internal and external associates and guests. Must be flexible to work any day and shift.
