SUMMARY

This position will provide the highest quality of service to our associates while driving to their parking destination. This role is seasonal in which will assist in driving associates to and from the hotel during our peak season.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Safely transporting associates to local destination

• Must keep the vehicle cleaned and in good condition for associates.

• Provide exceptional service.

• This position requires shifts every Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday starting Memorial Day weekend until the end season.

QUALIFICATIONS

Ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Must have valid driver's license.

• Must have clean driving record and submits to pre-employment requirements High school or equivalent education required.

• Be able to communicate clearly and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.

• Basic knowledge of the area.

• Experience driving in all different weather conditions required.

• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as a driver in a luxury resort. Punctuality and regular and reliable attendance.

• Must be at least 21 years old.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and move frequently from area to area. Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, reach with hands and arms. Ability to skis and baggage during the course of service. Regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

The pay scale for this position is $19.00.

The pay scale is the base salary or hourly wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and the like, that Montage reasonably expects to pay for the position. Please let us know if you have any questions.
