Position Summary:

As the Marketing Director, I oversee and manage all aspects of our marketing strategy, ensuring that every initiative aligns with our companys goals and drives growth. I lead a talented team and work closely with external contractors to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Developing and executing marketing strategiesacross multiple channels, including newsletters, paid advertising, social media, and local initiatives, to build brand awareness and engage with our target audience.

Managing our marketing team and outside contractors, making sure everyone has clear direction and that all projects meet deadlines, adhere to brand guidelines, and stay on budget.

Overseeing the CRM systemto ensure were maximizing its potential for lead generation, customer retention, and marketing automation. I work with our teams to optimize customer data management and campaign performance within the system.

Collaborating with the Operations Managerto assess analytics and create actionable, digestible reports. I use this data to refine our marketing strategies, improve performance, and achieve measurable results.

Managing and tracking campaignsto ensure theyre delivering the desired outcomes. Whether it's email campaigns, social media ads, or local promotions, I make sure were optimizing every initiative to drive success.

Ensuring brand consistencyacross all marketing materials and communication channels, aligning everything with the companys mission and values.

Managing the marketing budgetto ensure all campaigns are cost-effective while still achieving maximum impact.

Working cross-departmentallywith sales, product, and operations teams to ensure that marketing strategies support overall business goals and enhance the customer experience.

Perform all other duties as assigned.
