Project coordinators are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within the requirements. Project coordinators develop the plan and obtain project resources, monitor progress, maintain communication to all stakeholders throughout the lifespan of a project. This position works within in a Project Management Office (PMO) and will work directly with other Project Coordinators and Project Managers. Position Summary Support the Project Management Office with Enterprise Project submitted with the Activities Management Process. This position will manage and coordinate Enterprise Projects within the Project Management Office utilizing Tools and Techniques. Duties * Assist and support project/activities management processes and initiatives. * Facilitate and manage meetings and conference calls to ensure completion of activities and projects. * Accountable for management of projects/activities from inception through completion. * Develop and maintain charters, work breakdown structures, tracking sheets, checklists, closure forms and/or any other applicable project/activity management tools as required by a project/activity. * Establish, understand, and uphold project/activity timelines. * Analyze project/activity progress and performance as well as elevate and/or resolve issues to ensure appropriate action and response in order to maintain timelines. * Collaborate with staff from other departments to develop and execute project/activity work. * Utilization of approved Project Management or Activity Management methodologies, tools, and software. * Create, update, and/or present project/activity/department dashboard reports. * Reviews operating practices, recommends and implement improvements where needed. * Provides routine updates to management through reports and activity updates. * Conducts research and concisely articulates findings. * Conduct training as needed. * Other related duties, as assigned Benefits Merakey offers medical, dental - vision insurance plans, competitive compensation plans and more! * DailyPay * Work/Life Balance * Flexible Schedules * Cell Phone Discount Plans * Employee Referral Bonuses * Tuition Reimbursement * Care.com Membership About Merakey Merakey is a non-profit provider of developmental, behavioral health, and education services.
