Position Details  The Regional Director establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for assigned programs. The position is responsible for forecasting budget for financial and personnel needs, as well as evaluating current and proposed programming, and determining and implementing changes when needed.  The position managers various levels of staff based on program assignment.  *  The Regional Director must routinely travel to assigned programs to provide onsite support while being able to effectively support program leadership remotely using technology available.   *  Regional Director will balance the needs of all programs while maintaining onsite presence to help leadership develop positive culture and foster a sense of belonging in all programs.   *  Analyze and evaluate measurable data to determine effectiveness of business strategies and action plans; recommend and direct the implementation of changes as needed  *  Implement approved procedural and operating practices for all services in keeping with legal, regulatory and contractual requirements  *  Teach, communicate and demonstrate behavior in support of Merakey Core Values  *  Provide on-going guidance, mentoring, feedback and motivation to staff to ensure competent performance while adhering to corporate and division policies and procedures, regulations and payer requirements  *  Reviews the performance of direct reports, providing coaching, including soft skills and technical training, for improving overall performance.  *  Recommend, conduct and/or make decisions in personnel-related matters (hiring, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and terminations).  *  As a senior leader in the organization, serve as a role model to foster a collaborative, high achieving and supportive environment across all departments within and outside of service line  *  Maintain an ongoing willingness to learn and grow as a clinician and supervisor to model a commitment to a cycle of continuous quality improvement  *  Regional Director will attend ongoing trainings as assigned to provide supportive supervision for assigned evidenced based practices

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:  *  Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or a related field.  *  6 years relevant work experience, including a minimum of 3 years' experience as a supervisor and or director required.   *  A minimum of 2 years providing clinical supervision required.  *  Experience overseeing multiple programs and previous experience with daily program operations, budgeting and financial oversight preferred.   *  Professional Licensure preferred.   Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
