At Roper, we’re dedicated to innovation, precision, and delivering world-class products. We’re looking for a motivated and data-driven Advanced Quality Engineer (AQE) to lead quality initiatives for new product introductions (NPI) and drive sustainable success across our manufacturing operations.

Associate Advanced Quality Engineer

Location

How You'll Create Possibilities

  • Lead Quality for New Products: Manage Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) for in-house equipment and parts associated with NPI.

  • Drive Quality Metrics: Improve cost of quality (COQ) by reducing scrap, factory yield issues, concessions, damage, and service calls.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with design, quality, manufacturing, LEAN, marketing, EHS, service, and more to achieve seamless communication between product design and manufacturing.

  • Project Leadership: Scope, define, and implement quality improvement initiatives for strategic and operational programs.

  • Establish Robust Systems: Develop and execute quality test plans, process documentation, and technical controls to sustain ISO, UL, and internal standards.

  • Mitigate Risks: Lead cross-functional PFMEA efforts to address risks related to new parts, products, or processes.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering.

  • Experience:

  • 1+ years in a manufacturing plant environment.

  • Leadership in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting manufacturing processes.

  • Expertise in interpreting technical drawings (MBD/GD&T).

  • Skills:

  • Strong project management and detailed planning abilities.

  • Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Data-driven decision-maker with excellent communication skills.

  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
