Description We are in the energy and natural resources industry, located in Lafayette, Colorado, and are currently seeking a Sales Administrator. This role involves supporting our account managers, handling sales data, and serving as a liaison between customers and our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide essential support to inside account managers

• Handle the accurate entry of sales data into the system as needed

• Ensure the timely release of products for shipment in the system

• Expedite shipment and secure necessary paperwork for sales and invoicing

• Create and manage purchase orders related to sales

• Act as a bridge between the customer and accounting/invoicing personnel

• Utilize technology to improve efficiency and customer service

• Manage inbound sales and telephone calls

• Use Microsoft Office Suites and Oracle for administrative tasks

• Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements • At least one year of experience in a Sales Administrator role or similar

• Proficiency in using Oracle and Microsoft Office Suites

• Ability to handle inbound telephone calls and operate a multi-line phone system

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Experience working with account executives

• Knowledge of Cisco Telepresence would be advantageous

• Ability to manage and facilitate inbound sales

• Inside sales experience is essential

• Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills

• Excellent team player with the ability to work independently when needed

• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced work environment

• Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision making

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work

• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
