Certified IAQ Professionals Office Administrator in Lafayette, Colorado

Part Time - Monday through Friday 15-20 Hrs per wk

Job Title: Office Administrator Location: 1208 Commerce Ct #5b, Lafayette, CO 80026 Reports to: Owner - Jeanine Humphrey Company: Certified IAQ Professionals (Environmental Services) Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Administrator to join our dynamic team at Certified IAQ Professionals, an environmental consulting company that provides testing services for residential, multifamily and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations, ensure smooth administrative processes, and contribute to maintaining an efficient work environment for our team. Key Responsibilities: ? Manage office operations, including handling correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring all administrative tasks are executed efficiently. ? Prepare and send environmental reports to clients in a timely manner. ? Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings, schedules, and appointments for senior management and project teams. ? Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all documents are properly filed, organized, and up to date. ? Support project teams with document preparation, presentations, and reports related to environmental services. ? Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. ? Assist in the management of environmental compliance documents and other regulatory paperwork as required. ? Maintain and update the company's environmental compliance records and certifications. ? Help with internal communications and document distribution, ensuring all team members are informed of updates, deadlines, and scheduled job ? Perform other administrative duties as needed to support office and team operations. Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent. ? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ? Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software. Training will be provided. ? Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ? Previous experience in an environmental or sustainability-related company is a plus. Training will be provided. ? Knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices is an advantage. Training will be provided. ? Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to administrative tasks. Physical Requirements: ? Ability to sit or stand for long periods. ? Ability to lift up to 15 lbs of office supplies or equipment as needed. Why Work with Us: ?
