Dawson, a K-12 independent school of 535 students located east of Boulder on a beautiful 112-acre campus, seeks a part-time Long-Term (Spanish) Substitute Teacher for the Middle School. Professional Qualifications
Spanish teaching experience required
An undergraduate degree in a related field of education; Spanish is preferred.
Strong classroom management skills
Excellent communication skills
Attitude that exemplifies teamwork and personal responsibility
Ability to include technology elements in instruction
Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters
Personal Qualities
Demonstrate enthusiasm for work with all school constituencies

Duties
Report to Director of Middle School
Teach two to three days per week
Serve as a co-advisor
Participate in class trips
Additional duties as deemed necessary by the School
The salary for this position is $200.00 per day and is available approximately October 31, 2024 to approximately February 15, 2025. This is a temporary (part-time) position and is not eligible for benefits.
