Dawson, a K-12 independent school of 535 students located east of Boulder on a beautiful 112-acre campus, seeks a part-time Long-Term (Spanish) Substitute Teacher for the Middle School. Professional Qualifications

• Spanish teaching experience required

• An undergraduate degree in a related field of education; Spanish is preferred.

• Strong classroom management skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Attitude that exemplifies teamwork and personal responsibility

• Ability to include technology elements in instruction

• Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters

  Duties

• Report to Director of Middle School

• Teach two to three days per week

• Serve as a co-advisor

• Participate in class trips

• Additional duties as deemed necessary by the School

  The salary for this position is $200.00 per day and is available approximately October 31, 2024 to approximately February 15, 2025. This is a temporary (part-time) position and is not eligible for benefits.
