Revvity, Inc. Lab Technician IV in Lafayette, Colorado
JOB SUMMARY:
Revvity has an exciting opportunity for a Lab Technician II for molecular biology/diagnostic products production. The Lab Technician II will perform primary tasks in an ISO 9001:2015 manufacturing laboratory located in Lafayette, CO. Key responsibilities for this position include a wide array of support activities for various manufacturing functions including assembly and packaging of kits, reagent preparation, material management, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have basic experience in a laboratory setting, strong work ethic, and high attention to detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Lab Technician II will be responsible for performing wide variety of laboratory support activities including, but not limited to:
Prepare/formulate high volume levels of reagents and buffers.
Manual and semi-automated liquid filling and QC verification of reagents.
Manual and semi-automated finished good kitting.
Collects, cleans, autoclaves, and distributes laboratory glassware from numerous laboratories.
Follows established procedures as described by Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
Ensure that work areas are maintained in a well-organized, clean and tidy manner at all times in compliance with established requirements.
Uses personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed to prevent exposure to hazardous chemical reagents and waste.
Performs chemical and consumable inventory counting and maintenance.
Maintains purified water systems, including routine sample acquisition and testing.
Participates in all aspects of quality management system including SOP trainings, process improvements, documentation, and batch records.
Follow company processes and values including Revvity's core values.
Demonstrate professional behavior and interaction with others.
Other duties as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma and 4-6 year of scientific laboratory experience.
OR
Associate degree and 2-4 years in a life or natural sciences discipline OR Bachelors degree and 0-2 years in a life or natural sciences discipline
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
COMPENSATION:
The base salary range for this full-time position is $49,500-54,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
