Industrial Staffing Services, Inc Dba Equiliem Customer Support Specialist I in Lafayette, Colorado
Responsible for working with the commercial team to support processing orders in a timely and accurate manner. Update and maintain sales data and information within the appropriate software systems Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a timely manner through effective communication and responsiveness for customers, both internal and external. Contribute to the development of the ordering process to ensure Horizon continues to provide an excellent customer experience. Develop basic product knowledge and a strong understanding of the shipping requirements by building a strong relationship with shipping and logistics. Follow the procedures set down in the SOP's for accurate and timely entry of all orders. Work as part of a team and adopt a flexible approach to increase and maintain the quality of service. Undertakes relevant project work and additional responsibilities as appropriate and agreed with the Head of Customer Services.
Previous experience within a customer service role with proven ability to prioritize effectively. Previous experience working within the life science industry highly desirable, but not required. Outstanding listening, verbal and written communication skills required. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required. Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate in a cross-functional, cross-country team environment. Experience working with a customer relationship management system desirable. Precision and attention to details essential.
