Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician III, you will be part of the skilled trades department supporting the maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have creativity, strong communication skills, and analytical problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician III

Location: Ladson, SC

Pay Range: $34 - $38 per hour, dependent on experience

What's the Job?

• Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operation of machines and systems.

• Inspect drives, motors, and belts, and perform maintenance actions following established checklists.

• Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical components.

• Diagnose machine malfunctions by inspecting, operating, and testing machinery and equipment.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required.

• 5-7 years of relevant experience is required.

• Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs and maintenance.

• Ability to work independently with direction from a supervisor.

• Detail-oriented with a strong team player mentality.
