ManpowerGroup Maintenance Technician III in Ladson, South Carolina
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician III, you will be part of the skilled trades department supporting the maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have creativity, strong communication skills, and analytical problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Technician III
Location: Ladson, SC
Pay Range: $34 - $38 per hour, dependent on experience
What's the Job?
Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools.
Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operation of machines and systems.
Inspect drives, motors, and belts, and perform maintenance actions following established checklists.
Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical components.
Diagnose machine malfunctions by inspecting, operating, and testing machinery and equipment.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED required.
5-7 years of relevant experience is required.
Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs and maintenance.
Ability to work independently with direction from a supervisor.
Detail-oriented with a strong team player mentality.
