Technical Support Specialist

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for helping others?

We're seeking a talented Technical Support Specialist to join a dynamic team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing first and second-level technical support to internal users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals

• Provide technical support for various applications and systems

• Assist users with account setup, password resets, and other technical inquiries

• Document and track incidents and resolutions

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems

• Experience with common desktop applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Imaging, patching and deployment experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• Proficiency in understanding and troubleshooting Computer Hardware.

• Familiarity with Active Directory configurations and management.

• CompTIA A or Microsoft certifications are a bonus.

• Experience in using Entra ID.

• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory operations.

• Capability to work with GPO - Group Policy Objects.

• Proficiency in using and supporting Office 365.

• Understanding of DHCP - DNS and ability to troubleshoot related issues.
