Working from our office in Lacey, WA, the Property Manager (PM) wis responsible for the overall management and operation of portfolio of properties, ensuring they are maintained, occupied, and generating income. The PM is also responsible for maintaining compliance with all funders and reporting agencies. 

?With support four maintenance staff and a Program Services Navigator the Homes First Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential properties. This includes managing tenant relations, property maintenance, rent collection, budgeting, compliance with policies and contracts, and financial reporting. The goal is to maximize each property's value and ensure its effective and efficient operation while supporting our tenants to successfully maintain occupancy.

?Your Abilities:

Candidates will be evaluated on the full range of their lived and learned experience, professional background, volunteer experience, and direct and transferable skills. Homes First is seeking candidates with a compelling combination of demonstrated experience and skills in some, or all, of the following areas:

• ?Mid-career professional with 3-5 years of experience as a Property Manager or a similar role.

• Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Estate License or Contractor License is a plus.

• Familiarity and comfort working with property management database systems -- preferably Buildium.

• Effective oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to motivate, encourage and inspire staff, partners, and constituents.

• Possess strong interpersonal communication skills to interact with a diverse population, both within and outside Homes First

• Must be capable of working in a fast paced, deadline oriented, and evolving work environment

• You will bring business sense along with compassion for people to our organization.

  Compensation Details:

• The annual starting Salary Range (D.O.E.):  $29.54-$31.34/hour  Full Range: $29.54 - $34.69/hour
