Express Employment Customer Service Rep in Lacey, Washington
Express is now hiring for a Customer Service Representative for an online eyewear retailer based out of Lacey, WA. This is a evaluation to hire opportunity, working Monday through Friday 7:30a-4:00pm. The compensation for the position starts at $17.66/hr. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. This role involves assisting customers through email, chat, and phone, providing information on products, processing returns and warranties, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Duties:
Provide exceptional customer service via email, chat, and phone.
Assist customers with order status, product information, returns, and warranties.
Utilize computer systems to manage customer inquiries and process orders.
Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
Maintain knowledge of current product offerings and promotions.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in computer usage and various software applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
Previous customer service experience, 2+ years minimum
