A civil consulting firm in Washington is looking to add a Civil Project Engineer/Project Manager to lead a team of civil design engineers on various public and private projects. These projects include Commercial Site Development, Parks and Recreation Facilities, Multi-Family/Residential Development, Water Systems, Sewer Lift Stations, Roadway Infrastructure, and Municipal Institutions. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in supporting design and project coordination for these types of projects. A PE license is preferred, with a minimum requirement of an EIT. Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD is essential.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of civil design engineers on diverse projects.
Coordinate and manage public and private development projects.
Ensure project designs meet all relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
Use Civil 3D and AutoCAD for project design and execution.
Support design and project coordination for commercial site development, parks and recreation facilities, multi-family/residential development, water systems, sewer lift stations, roadway infrastructure, and municipal institutions.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 3 years of civil engineering experience.
EIT required, PE in the state of Washington preferred.
Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
Experience in supporting design and project coordination for public agencies and private developments.
Knowledge of codes, regulations, and standards.

Work Environment
This role requires in-office work 5 days a week, with flexibility for appointments and personal matters. The office culture is tight-knit, with a collaborative and positive environment. The company encourages a work-life balance, aiming for a consistent 40-hour work week with compensation for overtime. Employees enjoy 2 weeks of PTO, 6 holidays, and sick pay.
