Description

Our client in the Antioch/LaVergne area is actively seeking a part time accounts payable rep for a Temp to Hire opportunity. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process invoices electronically up to 200 invoices per week.

• Ensure accurate coding and ability to research any payment discrepancies.

• Handle and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when needed

• Work on matching Pos and engaging with suppliers

• Manage ACH batch files and check runs

• Handle expense reporting and perform 3 way match with Pos

• Perform other duties related to Account Coding, Concur, Accounts Payable (AP), Accrual Accounting, Automated Clearing House (ACH), AS400, and 3 Way Matching.

Requirements

• 2 plus years of full cycle accounts payable experience.

• A deep understanding and experience in Accounts Payable (AP) is required.

• Proficiency in using AS400 system is A+.

• Experience in 3 Way Matching and proficient in MS Excel.

Schedule if flexible M-Friday up to 24 hours per week onsite.
