Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Provide project status updates and serve as liaison betweenoperations andcustomer for updates regarding deliveries, customer service issues,etc.

• Responsible for executingtheproposalgeneration and archive process withinthe ERP businesssystem

• Ensure all proposals are reviewed per Sulzer’s internal delegationof authority and create Margin Summary Review sheet

• Coordinate andmanage asneeded the resolutionofproject issues, questions, and concerns.

• Manage the releaseof allproject scopes and projecthand-offstotheoperationsgroup(s).

• Provide project status updates and serve as liaison betweenoperations andcustomer for updates regarding deliveries, customer service issues,etc.

• Facilitate communicationsbetween the customer, ASM andoperations group ISRs have duties and responsibilities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor’sDegree

• Proficient use of Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel)

• Strongverbal and writtencommunicationskillswiththe ability to interface withpersonnel fromdiverse backgrounds at all levelsoftheorganization

• Strongorganizationalskills, abilityto prioritize andmanagemultiple projects

• Timemanagementskills

• Understandingof basic financial concepts
