Component Repairs Trainee

Your main tasks and responsibilities:
This role provides hands-on training and development in our machine shop, weld shop, and mechanic shop
Successfully complete weld testing in accordance with company standards.
The employee will gain experience in various aspects of metal fabrication, machining, and mechanical assembly, contributing to the repair and maintenance of industrial rotating equipment.
Actively participate in cross-training across the machine shop, weld shop, and mechanic shop to develop a well-rounded skill set.
Assist in fabrication, welding, machining, and mechanical assembly tasks as assigned.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Interest in learning a trade or developing skills in machining, welding, or as a mechanic.
Willingness to follow instructions and work under supervision.
Must be willing to work overtime and swing shifts as needed.
Basic understanding of welding, machining, or mechanical work is a plus but not required.
